Professor Stephen R. Durham
Head of the Section of Allergy & Clinical Immunology

Stephen R. Durham is Head of the Section of Allergy & Clinical Immunology at Imperial College London and the Clinical Lead for allergy services at Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals. He is committed to running a high quality NHS Allergy Service and improving the quality of life of allergy sufferers.

He leads a world class research group that performs translational (bench-to-bedside) research focused on developing and improving treatments for hay fever and asthma. He has a special interest in allergen immunotherapy, a treatment that not only treats the symptoms of hay fever but has potential to induce long-term disease remission.
